Conservative example: 7h 26m of admin work per month in function-holder roles (volunteer fire department study, Rhineland-Palatinate). If Florivio reduces only 25% of that effort, this equals ~22 h/year. At 15 €/h, this is around 334 € value per year versus 199 €/year (Standard).

What happens after the trial?
After 90 days, you automatically switch to Florivio Free — with member management (up to 30 members) free forever. If you want to keep all features, simply choose a paid plan. No cancellation needed, no follow-up calls.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up with your email and fire department name — in 2 minutes you'll have your own workspace with sample data. No video call required, no IT effort on your end.
Can we import existing data?
Yes. Member data can be imported from Excel/CSV. We'll help you so you don't have to start from scratch.
Can we switch from another system?
Yes. Exports from other programs or Excel spreadsheets can be imported. We'll guide you through the transition so you can be productive as quickly as possible.
What is Florivio Free?
After the 90-day trial, you automatically switch to Florivio Free — free forever. Free includes member management (up to 30 members, 1 user) and the dashboard. All other modules remain readable, but write access is only available in paid plans.
Is there a user limit?
Limits depend on the plan: Free includes 1 user, Starter 3 users, and Standard unlimited users. Members are unlimited from Standard onwards, and all roles (commander, treasurer, secretary, equipment manager, etc.) are included.
Can we cancel anytime?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions renew yearly; cancellation is possible up to one month before the end of the current annual term. The 36-month subscription cannot be ordinarily cancelled before the end of its term and then switches to Standard monthly.
How is our data protected?
Hosted in Germany, encrypted transmission using current best-practice standards, bank data encrypted at rest, automatic backups, RBAC with tiered roles, audit-proof inspection logs and SEPA batches, full audit trail. Data processing agreement available on request.
What does 'audit-proof' mean?
Inspection logs and SEPA batches are secured with cryptographic hash chains. Once finalized, logs cannot be altered — this builds trust with auditors and insurers.
What's the difference between Starter and Standard?
Starter covers basic administration: member records, reports, attendance, the optional website module, and dashboard. Standard adds events and duty rosters plus association and record workflows: fees, SEPA direct debit, equipment & PPE with inspection workflow, gear room, vehicles, training, performance tests, donations, and the chronicle.
What support do I get?
The Starter plan includes self-service (documentation & FAQ in the app). From the Standard plan onwards, standard support (email ticket, response time up to 72 hours on business days) is included at no extra cost. For prioritized support with shorter response times or phone support, Plus and Premium are available as optional add-ons. Details on the support page.
